A : You can register online in just 3 simple steps. Please click on Enroll Now Link.
Alternatively fill-up the Card Direct Debit form and submit to nearest Vodafone Store/Service centre.
 
Q : Which card types can I use to set up Vi Direct Debit?
A : You can register for Vi Direct Debit facility using any of Visa/MasterCard/AmericanExpress.
 
Q : What bills can I pay using Vi Direct Debit?
A : You can pay your Vi postpaid bill using Direct Debit.
 
Q : When will my Vi Direct Debit service start?
A : Service Start Date (SSD) means the date from which Vi Direct Debit facility will be activated. The Service Start Date is displayed to you on screen once you enroll for the Vi Direct Debit service.
 
Q : What is Vi Direct Debit service end date?
A : Service End Date means the date after which Vi Direct Debit facility will be deactivated for the customer, but in case of an already existing scheduled bill � it will get processed for a debit to your card.
 
Q : Can I setup the Service End Date?
A : Absolutely, during the enrolment process you can setup the "Service End Date" for Vodafone Auto Pay.
 
Q : What is my Vi Direct Debit Standing Instruction Limit?
A : Standing Instruction (SI) Limit means the maximum amount per billing cycle that can be debited to your card. Example: If your bill is Rs 1500 and you have setup an Auto Pay Limit as Rs 1000 then through Vodafone Direct Debit only Rs 1000 will be debited to your card. The balance bill amount (i.e. Rs 500) would have to be paid through an alternate mode of payment. View all payment modes
 
Q : Can I register multiple Vi postpaid numbers for Vi Direct Debit service on the same card?
A : Yes, you can.
 
Q : My card number has changed/ expired. How do I modify my existing Direct Debit enrollment?
A : All you need to do is click on Modify � let us know your registered Vi postpaid Mobile Number and Customer Account number details, provide your new-card-that-you-wish-to-setup, we will take an authorization for Rs 2.00 and modify your enrolment with this card, to be charged from your next cycle [but in case of an already existing scheduled bill � it will get processed for a debit to your card]. If you have registered multiple numbers on the same card and you wish to modify card details for those numbers as well please go ahead and follow the same modification process for all your registered mobile numbers.
 
Q : How do I cancel my Direct Debit instructions?
A : All you need to do is click on Cancel � let us know your registered Vi postpaid Mobile Number and Vi Customer Account number details, we will take an authorization for Rs 2.00 and modify your enrollment with this card, to be charged from your next billing cycle. If you have registered multiple numbers on the same card and you wish to modify card details for those numbers as well request you to follow the same modification process.
 
Q : Will I receive any alerts?
A : Yes, you will receive registration notifications through Email/SMS. Also a monthly SMS notification for new bill and its payment status will be sent to you.
