  • What is Airtel Direct Debit?
    • You can now enjoy the convenience of paying your Airtel Postpaid & LandLine bill automatically through a credit card. It only requires a one-time registration.
  • How can I enroll for Airtel Direct Debit?
    • You can register online in just 3 simple steps. Please click on Enroll Now Link.
      Alternatively fill-up the Credit Card Direct Debit form and submit to nearest Airtel Store/Service centre.
  • Which credit card types can I use to set up Airtel Direct Debit?
    • You can register for Airtel Direct Debit facility using any of Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Diners credit card.
  • What bills can I pay using Airtel Direct Debit?
    • You can pay your Airtel Postpaid/LandLine bill using Direct Debit.
  • When will my Airtel Direct Debit service start?
    • Service Start Date (SSD) means the date from which Airtel Direct Debit facility will be activated. The Service will start within two working days from your successful enrollment. However, the monthly debit will start only after seven working days of enrollment. If there is any payment due in this period, kindly pay through alternate mode of payment.
  • Can I register multiple Airtel Postpaid/LandLine numbers for Airtel Direct Debit service on the same credit card?
    • Yes, you can.
  • My credit card number has changed/ expired. How do I modify my existing Direct Debit enrollment?
    • All you need to do is click on Modify – let us know your registered Airtel Postpaid Mobile Number/LandLine numbers and Customer Account number details, provide your new-card-that-you-wish-to-setup, we will take an authorization for Rs 2.00 and modify your enrolment with this card, to be charged from your next cycle [but in case of an already existing scheduled bill – it will get processed for a debit to your card]. If you have registered multiple numbers on the same card and you wish to modify credit card details for those numbers as well please go ahead and follow the same modification process for all your registered mobile numbers.
  • How do I cancel my Direct Debit instructions?
    • All you need to do is click on Cancel – let us know your registered Airtel Postpaid Mobile Number/LandLine numbers and Airtel Customer Account number details, we will take an authorization for Rs 2.00 and modify your enrollment with this card, to be charged from your next billing cycle. If you have registered multiple numbers on the same card and you wish to modify credit card details for those numbers as well request you to follow the same modification process.
  • Will I receive any alerts?
    • Yes, you will get receive registration notifications through Email/SMS. Also a monthly SMS notification for new bill and its payment status will be sent to you.
